Pre-Shoot Day Checklist

To get the best results, a little prep goes a long way! We’ll send you a handy checklist with tips like:

Shoot Day

We’ll arrive on time, ready to capture your property at its best. Depending on your package, shoots typically take 30–90 minutes. We handle all the details — angles, lighting, drone shots — so you don’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re around, we’ll keep you in the loop as we work.

Delivery Timeline

We know time is money — that’s why we guarantee a fast turnaround. Your fully edited images are delivered within 48 hours (depending on your package). Videos, floor plans, and virtual tours may take an extra day or two. Files arrive ready to download and upload straight to your listing.

Usage Rights & Licensing Terms

By booking a photography session with Inspire Productions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright

• All images remain the exclusive copyright of Inspire Productions.

• Payment for a session grants a license to use; it does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. License for Use

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the requesting agent or business named on the invoice.

• This license permits use of the images for:

• Marketing the specific property for sale or lease.

• Marketing the agent’s or agency’s real estate business (e.g., website, brochures, social media).

3. Non-Transferability

• Usage rights cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or sub-licensed to another party (e.g., another agent, agency, builder, architect, or magazine).

• If additional usage is required, a re-licensing fee must be arranged in writing with Inspire Productions prior to use.

4. Duration of Use

• Images may be used for the duration of the property’s listing and for up to 12 months after the listing ends for the agent’s portfolio or marketing.

• Continued use beyond this period requires a new licensing agreement.

5. Prohibited Use

Images may not be:

• Altered, heavily edited, or filtered in a way that misrepresents the property.

• Used for commercial advertising outside of property marketing without prior written approval.

• Supplied to third parties without a re-licensing agreement.

6. Payment & Licensing Activation

• Usage rights are granted only upon full payment of the invoice.

• Any unauthorised use prior to payment may result in additional fees or legal action.

7. Penalties for Misuse

• Any use of images outside the agreed terms, or by unauthorised parties, will incur a fee of up to three times the original session rate and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.

8. Credit

• Credit to Inspire Productions is appreciated (but not mandatory) on social media posts and online use.

9. Legal Enforcement

• These terms are governed by the copyright laws of Australia. (Copyright Act 1968)

• By using the images, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
